Growth · GA4 and reporting
Numbers you can trust on the first look.
- Starts at
- $2,500
- Typical timeline
- 2–4 weeks
We set up Google Analytics 4, build dashboards and automate monthly reports, so you can see which channels bring in sales or leads. It’s for businesses whose numbers don’t match, or whose reports nobody reads. You walk away with tracking you can trust, a dashboard in plain terms and a report that lands in your inbox each month.
What’s included
- Tracking audit. We check what GA4 records today, what it misses and where it double counts.
- GA4 setup or rebuild. We configure events, conversions and ecommerce tracking to match how your business works.
- Dashboards. One view for the numbers you check each week, with no clutter.
- Automated monthly report. A written summary with charts, sent on schedule, that explains what moved and why.
- Walkthrough. We show your team how to read it and where to look when something seems off.
How a project runs
Week one is the audit. We list what GA4 records now and agree with you on the handful of actions that count as success, such as a purchase, a quote request or a booked call. Weeks two and three are build and testing. We compare GA4 against your store or CRM until the numbers line up. The last week is dashboards, the first report and a walkthrough.
Pricing and timeline
Analytics and reporting starts at $2,500 and takes 2 to 4 weeks. The price rises with the number of sites or stores, how many conversion events you need, and how many tools need to feed the dashboard. A single store is quicker than a multi-site setup.
Monthly reporting can continue as part of an SEO program. Or we can hand over the setup, and your team runs it.
Proof
We rebuilt GA4 for McEvoy Ranch, the Petaluma olive oil and wine producer. We also produce monthly reports for Marubeni’s tech-led.com, an LED and photonics components site, which we’ve run since 2007.
Questions people ask
Why don’t my numbers match Shopify or my CRM?
Different tools count differently. Browsers block some tracking. Sessions, users and orders are three different counts. We find the gaps, fix what can be fixed and explain the rest in plain words.
Do we need to switch to a different tool?
Usually not. GA4 does the job when it’s configured well. We’ll tell you if something else fits better.
What goes in the monthly report?
The few numbers that matter for your goals, a short explanation of what changed, and what we recommend next. We keep it short enough to read in five minutes.
Who owns the data?
You do. The accounts live under your login, and we get access as editors. If we part ways, you keep everything.
How often will we get a report?
Once a month, on a fixed day. Each one opens with what changed and why, then the numbers behind it. If something breaks mid-month, we flag it right away rather than waiting for the report.
Can you track phone calls and form fills?
Yes, in most setups. We’ll check your forms and phone system during the audit and tell you what’s possible.
