Growth · One-off audit

Find out why Google keeps ignoring your best pages.

Starts at
$2,500
Typical timeline
2–3 weeks

A technical SEO audit finds the problems that keep search engines from crawling, indexing and ranking your pages. It’s for site owners whose traffic has stalled, or who are about to rebuild or migrate. You get a ranked fix list, written in plain words, that your developer or ours can work through. It’s a one-off project.

What’s included

  • Crawl and indexing review. We check which pages search engines can reach, which they skip and which they index by mistake.
  • Site structure and links. We look at internal links, redirects, duplicate pages and orphaned content.
  • Speed and mobile checks. We test the pages that matter most and name the heaviest causes of slowness.
  • Metadata and markup. Titles, descriptions, headings, canonical tags and structured data get checked page type by page type.
  • Ranked fix list. Every issue gets a priority, an owner and a short note on how to fix it. Nothing gets buried in a 90-page export.
  • Walkthrough call. We go through the findings with you and answer questions.

Pricing and timeline

The audit starts at $2,500 and takes 2 to 3 weeks. Price moves with the size of the site, the number of templates, and whether you sell in more than one language or country. A small store costs less to review than a catalog with tens of thousands of URLs.

If you hire us for an SEO program, the audit is included in the first month’s work. You don’t pay for it twice.

Proof

Technical SEO is part of the program we run for Marubeni’s tech-led.com, an LED and photonics components site we’ve run since 2007. It’s also part of the search work we do for McEvoy Ranch’s Shopify store. Both sites are proof that fixing the foundation comes first.

Questions people ask

What do we get at the end?

A written report with a ranked list of issues, plus a call to walk through it. Each item says what’s wrong, why it matters and what to change. You can hand the list to any developer.

Do you fix the problems too?

Yes, if you want us to. The audit stands alone, and fixes are quoted separately based on what we find. Some clients fix everything in house and that’s fine.

How is this different from a free SEO checker?

A checker runs a script and prints a score. We read the results, remove the noise and tell you which five issues matter. We also look at things tools can’t, like whether your templates make sense for how people search.

When should we do one?

Before a redesign or a platform move, after a traffic drop, or once a year if the site changes often. It’s cheaper to catch a bad redirect plan before launch than after.

Will it say we need a new site?

Rarely. Most sites have fixable problems. If we think a rebuild is the better answer, we’ll say so and show why.
