Websites that make your mission look funded.

Starts at
$10,000 theme-based · $18,000 fully custom
Typical timeline
6–10 weeks · 10–16 weeks

We build WordPress websites for nonprofits, foundations and NGOs. The site explains what you do, gives supporters a clear next step and lets staff publish without a developer. Design is included in every build. The price is fixed before we start.

What’s included

  • Design that fits your cause. We design the site around your audience, whether that is donors, members, researchers or the public.
  • Plain editing. Staff can add events and news without calling a developer.
  • Content people can find. We organize reports and programs so a visitor finds them fast.
  • Membership and community features. Member logins, directories and event sign-ups are available where you need them.
  • Search basics. Clean titles, descriptions and structure so people searching for your work can find it.
  • Readable pages. Clear type, plain layouts and fast loading, on phones as well as desktops.

Pricing and timeline

Theme-based builds start at $10,000 and take 6 to 10 weeks. Fully custom builds start at $18,000 and take 10 to 16 weeks.

Price moves with the number of page templates and the integrations you need, such as donation tools. Membership features and content migration add to it. We quote a fixed price after one conversation about scope, so your board can approve a single number.

Proof

We designed and built zeek.org for the Zeek open-source project, and we look after it. We built a membership and community platform for Greentown Labs, a climate tech incubator and nonprofit. For the Open Compute Project, a foundation for open hardware, we have done design work only. That covers graphic and web design, brochures, icons, infographics and Global Summit keynote decks. We have also built past websites for JETRO and a few other nonprofits and NGOs.

Questions people ask

Do you offer nonprofit pricing?

Prices are fixed and stated up front. Theme-based builds are the more economical route, and we will talk through what your budget can cover.

Can we take donations?

Yes, through the tools you already use or a WordPress donation plugin. Online payments add to scope, so we cover them in the quote.

Who will update the site?

Your team will. We set up page layouts that are hard to break, and we show your staff how to use them. If you want backup, a monthly maintenance plan is available.

How long does it take?

Six to ten weeks for theme-based builds and ten to sixteen for fully custom. The longest part is usually gathering content, so starting that early helps.

What do you need from us?

Your brand materials, your existing content and one decision-maker. If a board needs to approve designs, tell us up front and we will build that into the schedule.
