Growth · Workflow automation

Automate the dull stuff before it eats another Tuesday.

Starts at
$3,500 first workflow
Typical timeline
3–6 weeks

We build automated workflows that take over repetitive marketing and operations work, such as drafting content, sorting requests and routing data. It’s for small teams buried in tasks that follow the same steps every time. You get one working workflow, documented, with a person approving anything that reaches a customer. The first one takes 3 to 6 weeks.

What’s included

  • Workflow mapping. We sit with your team, pick the task that costs the most time and write down every step.
  • The build. We set up the automation, connect it to the tools you already use and test it on real examples.
  • Human review. A person checks everything that goes out. Nothing publishes or sends on its own.
  • Documentation. You get a plain write-up of what it does, where it can fail and who to call.
  • Handover. Your team learns to run it, and we stay available for fixes.

Pricing and timeline

The first workflow starts at $3,500 and takes 3 to 6 weeks. Software costs are extra, and we tell you what they are before you commit. The price rises with the number of tools to connect and how messy the source data is.

Brand knowledge base is $5,000 and takes 4 to 8 weeks. We gather your voice, products, policies and past work into one source that every workflow draws on.

Chatbots are $2,500 plus software, 2 to 4 weeks. We build a bot that answers from your own content and hands off to a person when it should.

Team training is $1,500 for a half day. We teach your staff to use the tools safely and well.

Proof

For McEvoy Ranch we built an automated content pipeline and a site search system, and we still run both. We also use automation inside our own agency, which is how we know where it saves time and where it needs a human. Each setup keeps a person in the loop.

Questions people ask

Will it replace my team?

No. It takes over steps that nobody enjoys, so your people spend time on work that needs judgment. A person still reviews anything customers see.

What kind of tasks work best?

Repeated tasks with clear steps. Sorting inbound requests, drafting first versions, updating records, producing recurring reports. If you can write the steps on one page, it’s a good candidate.

What does the software cost?

It depends on the tools. Many workflows run for a modest monthly fee. We give you an estimate before the build starts, so there are no surprises.

Is it safe with our data?

We scope access tightly, use accounts you own and keep sensitive information out of tools that don’t need it. We’ll talk through the specifics before we touch anything.

What if it gets something wrong?

That’s why a person reviews the output. We also log what the workflow does so mistakes are easy to trace and fix.
