Shopify · Fishbowl, QuickBooks and similar systems
Your inventory count shouldn't be a rumor.
- Starts at
- $2,500 review
- Typical timeline
- 2–4 weeks
We review, fix, maintain and extend the connections between your Shopify store and the systems behind it, such as inventory and accounting software. If stock levels drift, orders fail to sync or totals don’t match, we find out why. You get a written review, a list of fixes, and the option for us to do the work.
What’s included
- Connection review. We map how data moves between Shopify, your inventory system and your accounting software. We note what’s automatic. We note what’s manual. We note what quietly breaks.
- Root-cause diagnosis. When counts or orders don’t match, we trace the problem to its source instead of patching the symptom.
- Fixes to existing connections. We repair mapping errors and failed syncs. Duplicate customers and stuck orders get cleaned up.
- Extensions. Need a new field, a new sync or a new rule? We extend the connection you already have.
- Ongoing maintenance. We watch the connections and handle updates. When something stops syncing, we answer the call.
- Written findings. You get a plain-English report your operations team and your accountant can both read.
How a project runs
We start with the review. Your team shows us how orders, stock and invoices move today, and we trace a few real orders from checkout to the books. The report ranks what we found by how much it costs you. You choose which fixes to fund.
Pricing and timeline
A review starts at $2,500 and takes 2–4 weeks. Fixes, extensions and maintenance are quoted after the review, once we know what’s actually wrong.
The price rises with the number of systems involved and how much custom logic sits in the connection. Older systems with thin documentation take longer.
To be clear about scope: we work on connections that already exist. We don’t build ERP integrations from scratch.
Proof
McEvoy Ranch runs on Shopify Plus with connections to Fishbowl for inventory and QuickBooks for accounting. We built and maintain that setup. We’ve kept those connections healthy over time, so we know where they tend to break.
Questions people ask
Do you build ERP integrations from scratch?
No. We review, repair, maintain and extend connections that exist already, whether it’s an app or a custom script. If you need a brand-new integration built end to end, we’ll say so and point you elsewhere.
What systems do you work with?
Our hands-on experience is Fishbowl and QuickBooks on McEvoy Ranch. Send us your list and we’ll tell you honestly whether we’re a fit before you pay for a review.
Why do my inventory numbers keep drifting?
Usually it’s timing gaps between syncs, a product mapped to the wrong item, or manual edits on one side. Bundles that don’t deduct correctly cause it too. A review finds which one it is.
Do you need access to our systems?
We need read access at first, so we can trace real orders. We ask for write access only when we’re ready to fix something, and only for what that fix needs.
Can you keep it running afterward?
Yes. Maintenance is quoted after the review, based on how many connections you have and how often they change.
