Slow sites aren't a personality. They're a bug.

Starts at
$1,500
Typical timeline
1–3 weeks

We find out why your Shopify or WordPress site is slow, then fix what we can and list what we can’t. You get measured before-and-after results, a ranked to-do list and the changes made where we have access. It suits stores and sites where heavy images, extra apps and old scripts have piled up.

What’s included

  • Baseline measurement. We test your key pages on phones and desktop and record the numbers before we touch anything.
  • App and plugin review. We list what each app or plugin costs in load time, and what it earns you. Some can go.
  • Image and media fixes. Right sizes, modern formats and sensible loading, so pages stop hauling files nobody sees.
  • Script cleanup. Tracking tags, chat widgets and leftover code from tools you no longer use.
  • Theme and template fixes. Where the theme itself is slow, we tell you exactly where, and fix it if the scope allows.
  • Before-and-after report. Plain numbers, plain language, and a short list of what to do next.

How a project runs

Week one is measurement and diagnosis. Weeks two and three are fixes and retesting. We change one thing at a time on a copy of the site, so we can say which change helped. Nothing goes live until it’s tested.

Pricing and timeline

A speed optimization starts at $1,500 and takes 1–3 weeks. It covers Shopify and WordPress sites.

The price rises with the number of page templates, how many apps or plugins are involved, and whether the fixes need theme or code changes beyond cleanup. Sites with years of accumulated scripts take longer.

Conversion (CRO) audit: $1,500, 1–2 weeks. We review how shoppers move through your store, from landing page to checkout, and list the changes most likely to turn more visits into orders. It pairs well with a speed pass, since slow pages and confusing pages cost you the same customers.

Proof

We ran a site performance audit for McEvoy Ranch on their Shopify Plus store. It covered themes, apps and scripts, and it gave their team a prioritized list of fixes. We keep up the work as the store changes, since new apps and campaigns tend to slow things down again.

Questions people ask

Will a faster site help my sales?

Often, yes, especially on phones. Shoppers leave slow pages. We can’t promise a specific lift, but we can show you where time is lost and what it cost to fix.

Do you work on WordPress as well as Shopify?

Yes. The tools and fixes differ, but the approach is the same: measure, find the heavy parts, fix them, measure again.

Do I have to remove my apps?

Not all of them. We keep what pays for itself and flag what doesn’t. You make the final call.

What’s the difference between a speed audit and a CRO audit?

Speed is about how fast pages load. A CRO audit is about whether visitors do what you want once they arrive. Both are $1,500, and many clients buy them together.

What do you need from us?

Access to your store or site, your analytics, and a list of tools you know you rely on. We’ll find the rest.
